He was predeceased by : his parents, Joe Longeneker and Grace George Longeneker. He is survived by : his significant other Linda Begley; and his siblings, Michael Longeneker, Casey Longeneker and Kerry Peyton (Pat).

He fought a long and valiant battle against Alzheimer's disease.
