He is survived by: his wife Maria Contreras Noggle; his children, Joe Noggle and Julie Schad; his children-in-law, Blanca Noggle and Robert Schad; his grandchildren, Crystal, Serena, Scott and Christopher; and his great grandchildren, Jude, Ariel, Levi and Hazel. He is also survived by his extended family through Maria's children and grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the Rose Hills Memorial Park (3888 Workman Mill Rd, Whittier, CA 90601).
