He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Biely and Barbara Gloeckner; his stepmother Alleta Biely; and his stepsiblings, Randall Banta and Lynda Nelson.
He is survived by: his wife Vera Biely; his daughter Erica Biely (Christopher Zavala); his stepdaughters, Stephanie Ranis and Melanie Ranis (Vincent Garcia); and his siblings, Kenneth Biely (Lynn), Michael Biely (Yvonne) and Rebecca Cushway. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren.
