She was predeceased by: her husband Joe Dela Cruz Cabanting; her parents, Elias Afalla and Celerina Tankiamco Afalla; and her sisters, Purificacion and Corazon.
She is survived by: her son Albert Cabanting; her granddaughter Kailani; her brother Romeo Afalla; and her sister-in-law Martina Afalla.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the St. Mary of the Assumption Catholic Church (414 E Church St, Santa Maria, CA 93454).
