She was predeceased by: her mother Loretta Azevedo; and her siblings, Richie Azevedo, Janice and Jeanette Azevedo. She is survived by: her father Frank Azevedo Sr.; and her brothers, Frank Azevedo Jr. (Tanya Azevedo) and Julian Azevedo (Christina Scherrer). She is also survived by numerous uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Santa Maria Elks Lodge (1309 N Bradley Rd, Santa Maria, CA 93454).
