She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Akhurst and Muriel Akhurst; and her sister Carolyn McNulty. She is survived by: her husband Alfred W. Vierra; her children, Tammy Simas (Bill) and Mark Vierra (Simone); her grandchildren, JT Teel (Kara), Robyn Dodds (Kyle), Chase Vierra (Jaclyn), Alyssa Switzer (Travis) and Bradley Vierra (Taylor); her great grandchildren, Ryan and Ryley Teel; and her grandchildren, Bradyn, Jacksyn Dodds, Cameron, Brooklyn, Jayce Vierra, Tristyn, Myles, Bennett Switzer and Walker Vierra. She is also survived by her family, friends.
