She was predeceased by: her father Dave Gardner. She is survived by: her mother Ruth Gardner; her husband Mike Hoover; her sisters, Dona LeMelle and Doris McConnell (Mike); her daughter-in-law Lindsey Hoover; her children, David, Becky, Pam (Ron) and Jill (Mike); and her grandchildren, Ryan, Joel, Michael, Tricia, Christopher, Clint, Daniel, Andrea, Blake, Tiffany, Wesley and Spencer. She is also survived by spouses and 23 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her honor to the building fund at Grace Community Church, Lathrop.
