He was predeceased by: his parents, Eleanor Martinez and Filberto Jacinto; and his siblings, Gabriel, Henry, Tony, Michael, Chonte, Jessie, Frances and Linda.
He is survived by: his siblings, Gloria Gonzalez, Sara Cardoza, David Cardoza and Cruz Buck. He is also survived by his many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
