He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Daniel Lanahan and Mary Lanahan (McGuire); his wife Suzanne; his children, Daniel Lanahan, Mary (Doug Derner), Karen (David Frank) and Maureen (Jerry Hunter); his grandchildren, Christopher Derner (Danielle), Timothy Derner (Alexandra), Matthew Derner (Gabbi), Kayla Frank, David Frank, Jane Hunter and John Hunter; and his great grandchildren, Harlynn, Lane, Liam and Maddox Derner. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
