He was predeceased by : his mother Bette Johnson; and his brother Scott Johnson. He is survived by : his father Warren Johnson; his brothers, Steve Johnson and Ryan Johnson; his son Nicolas Johnson; his niece Julie Johnson; his nephew Ryan Johnson; and his great-nieces, Serena and Alexandria Ashlock.
