Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home (2601 Santa Rosa Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95407). A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the Chapel of the Chimes Cemetery (2601 Santa Rosa Ave, Santa Rosa, CA 95407).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Jill's memory to the Frank R Howard Foundation, an organization close to her heart.
