He was predeceased by: his parents, Joaquin Perez and Josephine Palacio Paniagua; his daughter Debra Ann "Debbie" Paniagua; and his grandfather Jean Paniagua. He is survived by: his wife Cathy; Kelli Rabalais and Michelle Ladcani.
