It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Brown (Santa Rosa, California), born in Los Angeles, California, who passed away on June 27, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Wilbur Witbeck; and her husband Ronald W. Brown. She is survived by: her sons, R. Scott (Rachelle), Timothy (Tonia) and Stephen (Leanne); her siblings, Marilyn Witbeck of Charleston and Frank Witbeck (Pam) of St. Helena, CA; and her grandchildren, Timothy, Jr., Justin, Michael, Kaitlin, Dylan, Rachel and Drew. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
