He is survived by: his wife Julie (Julie); his children, Sarah Wilson (Kevin), Jenny Rabe (Brian), Danielle Netherton (Pete), Michael Craig Kamplain, Jr. and Thomas John Kamplain; his sisters, Terry Bates, Sister Monica Kamplain, Julie Kamplain and Christina Sisario (Justin); his sister-in-law Joanne Kamplain; and his grandchildren, Cole, Cassidy, Chelsey Wilson, Kaylie Herzberger, Gracie, Presley Rabe, Tom and Aurelia Netherton. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
