He is survived by: his wife Kim Gutzman; his daughter Morgan Gutzman of Sebastopol; his sisters, Marla Polos (John) of Battle Ground, WA and Mary York (Mike) of Vancouver, WA; his sisters-in-law, Susan Gutzman and Deborah Keifer (Craig); and his uncle John Gutzman of Santa Rosa. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
