She was predeceased by: her sisters, Linda Cullen (Starr) and Jackie Cullen. She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Leila, Noah and Mia; her husband Larry Clem; her daughter Melissa Fish Henderson (Sean); and her siblings, Denise Cullen Peterson, Janice Cullen and Michael Cullen. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
