He was predeceased by: his parents, Margarita Serrano and Juan Serrano. He is survived by: his wife Margarita; and his children, Ricardo (Mari), Luz Elena (Benjamin), Susana (Michael), Oscar (Wendy) and Sergio. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
