Roger Phelps Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roger Phelps of Santa Rosa, California, who passed away on December 28, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Mary and Carl Phelps; his wife Barbara Hunter; his children, Debbie (Variz) and Don; and his siblings, Ginny and Bob. He was also cherished by his stepdaughter Jan (Nielsen), 6 grandsons, 1 granddaughter and 3 great grandchildren.
