She was predeceased by: her parents, Claire Lorentzen (Bagley) and Arthur Lorentzen; her husband Tim; and her nephew Kenneth. She is survived by: her friend Sharon "Sherry" Lorentzen Johnson; her siblings, Arthur Jr., Sandra, George and Betty (Roger); and her siblings' children, Dina, Brian, David, Tiffany, Kelli, Kurtis, Sara, Libby and Marcy.

Sherry found her calling working for the Make-a-Wish Foundation, where she worked for over a decade coordinating wish grants.
