She is survived by: her children, Jeremy Butler (Wendy) and Shericka Slack; her grandsons, Rashad Butler (Shaira), Cyrus Butler and Shemar Robins; her great grandchildren, Carmella Butler and Malcolm Butler; her siblings, Mary Smith (Gene), Mable Price and Leonard Slack; and her aunt Pearline Tharpe. She is also survived by loving nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
