It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas Edward Patrick (Santa Rosa, California), born in Hayward, California, who passed away on May 11, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Theodore "Ted" Patrick. He is survived by: his mother Mille Patrick; his siblings, Michael Patrick (Julianne) and Cheryl Ann Patrick; and his nieces and nephews, Bria Ledesma, Tadd Patrick (Sylvia) and Alexis Patrick.
