He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Gerner and Maxine Gerner. He is survived by: his wife Julia Gerner; his sons, Wayne and Dustin Gerner; his sister Shelley Medeiros; and his granddaughters, Hailey, Kaitlyn and Naomi Gerner. He is also survived by loving nieces and extended family.
