He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Kay McDowell and Walt McDowell; his wife Brenda; his daughters, Lori (Mike) and Nikki (Dave); his grandchildren, Kasidy, Kaitlyn, Bryanna, Noel and Jonathan; and his sister Angie Bailey. He was also cherished by family members and friends.
