She was predeceased by: her brothers, Sabre Kakos and Farag Kakos. She is survived by: her spouse Yacoub Tomina; her children, Shatha Hamama, Wafa Eide, Bashar Tomina, Sozan Tomina, Wissam Tomina, Sonia Tomina, Joseph Tomina and Christopher Tomina; and her sister Najat Kakos. She is also survived by two grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Peter Chaldean Catholic Cathedral (1627 Jamacha Way, El Cajon, CA 92019). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, July 30th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Holy Cross Cemetery (4470 Hilltop Dr, San Diego, CA 92102).
