We are sad to announce that on December 25, 2023, at the age of 89, Joan Bruce Spahr in Saratoga, California, born in Claremont, New Hampshire passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Ruth Decost and George Bruce; and her sister Judy Williams. She is survived by : her brother Richard Bruce (Dick); her husband Alan Spahr; her daughters, Susan Underhill Upton of Scottsdale, AZ, Allison Spahr of Portsmouth, NH and Kristen Cook of Bow, NH.; and her grandchildren, Brett Underhill, Scott Underhill, Alana Murphy, Ryan Estabrook, Nathan Estabrook, Elana Estabrook, Jonathan Cook and Evan Cook.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Muscular Dystrophy Association https://mda.donordrive.com in Joan's honor.
