He was predeceased by: his parents, Burley Allen and Texanna Allen; his former wife Rebecca Allen; his sons, Kevin Allen (Therezinha) and Alvis Allen II (Cindy); his grandson Eric Howard; and his siblings, Otis, Willie, Leo, Thaddeus, Earl and Altermease.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Allen; his children, Kenneth Woods, Sr. (Teresa), Linda Allen Atkins (Anthony), Doreen Allen, Kirk Allen (late Catherine) and Lenora Allen Snyder (Travell); his grandchildren, Shea Allen (Michelle), Kyle Allen, Kaleb Allen, Kelvin Atkins, Kenneth Woods II, Vanessa Smith (Makenzie), Aaliyah Caramanica, Raymond Caramanica, Alvis Allen III, Dante Allen and Kevin Allen; his great grandchildren, Brianna Allen, Jordan Allen, Julian Allen, Malik Johnson Jr., Ariana Allen and River Smith; and his siblings, Mattie Whitfield, Carl Allen and Elizah Allen.
Viewing will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Missionary Baptist Church (501 Drake Ave, Sausalito, CA 94965). A funeral service will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 at the Valley Memorial Park (650 Bugeia Ln, Novato, CA 94945).
