It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Florene Newton of Seaside, California, born in Antlers, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 12, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her husband Edwin Newton; her sister Janice Jespersen; her granddaughter Margaret Johnson; and her son-in-law Craig Artis. She is survived by : her brother Robert Hargrove; her children, Stephen Newton of Marina, Susan Artis of Fresno, Robin Owens (John) of Seaside and Rhonda Johnson (Clifton) of St. Petersburg, FL; and her pet Daisy. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 7 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great grandchildren.
