She is survived by: her husband Dr. Fenton Ward; her children, Carla Ward, Robert Ward (Jeannie) and Christopher Ward (Maria) of Fallan, NV.; and her grandchildren, Claire-Marie Wisner of Portland, OR, Laurel Anne Heinig of Bellefontaine, OH, Victoria-Leigh Julien of La Habra, CA, Lance Ward, Noah Ward of Grants Pass, OR, Cassandra Ward and Veronica Lawrie. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
Humanly speaking, she died of Alzheimer's, which is a paradox for one who spent her professional life in academia as a teacher of Business education.
