We are sad to announce that on February 4, 2023, at the age of 76, Bonnie Ann Lowe (Sebastopol, California) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Bonnie Ann Lowe to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Brown and Viola Brown. She is survived by : her husband Orville Lowe (Fritz); and her sons, Chad Lowe of Discovery Bay and Erik Lowe of Sebastopol. She is also survived by her niece and nephew, other relatives and many friends.
