She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Forni and Gertrude Forni; and her husband Anthony Ortega. She is survived by: her sons, Anthony Ortega (Sara), Henry Ortega (Molly), Keith Ortega (Anita) and David Ortega (Tammy); and her grandchildren, Alyssa, William, Quinn, Sharilyn, Stephanie, Macy, Lexi, Trenton, Carson, Madison and Nathan. She is also survived by many great grandchildren.
