Cook; his grandchildren, Victoria Orr, Alexis Baker, Tyler Cook, Logan Cook, Gabriella Cook, Adam Cook, Rachel Cook and Rebecca Smith; and his great grandchildren, Aayla Baker and Harper Lynn Orr.
