He was predeceased by: his parents, William Gillespie and Ann Gillespie; and his sister Theresa Gillespie. He is survived by: his sister Carol Duenas; his nieces, Renee Garvin (Dennis) and Tricia Atanacio; his great-nephews, Jacob and Phillip Atanacio; and his great-niece Ellie Atanacio.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Sebastian Catholic Church (7983 Covert Ln, Sebastopol, CA 95472).
