He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Fred Garrett and Evelyn Garrett; his wife Alice; his daughters, Lisa Garrett, Stacey Jones (Harold) and Tiffany Bianchi (Richard); his grandchildren, Zachary, Riley, Bailey, Hannah, Emma and Mitchell; and his great grandchildren, Logan, Landon and Liam. He was also cherished by his sister, various nieces & nephews, extended family and dear friends.
