He is survived by: his children, Terri Thiessen (Orrin), Rachael Fitch (Greg) and William G Kingsbury (Cathy); and his stepchildren, Joan Carr (Michael Hanson), Geni Houston (Mo) and Larry Carr (Alice). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
