With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Richard Baxter (Sebastopol, California), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on March 15, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, William shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid William farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Baxter and Joan Elizabeth Anderson Baxter; and his brother Douglas Christian Baxter. He is survived by: his son Hayes.
