She was predeceased by: her husband Victor Bender; her parents, John Unruh and Bertha Unruh; her son Dennis Bender; her siblings, Phyllis Mauldin and Verlin; and her sister-in-law Naomi Unruh.
She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Dowden (Jack); her granddaughter Hailey Dowden; and her brother-in-law Todd Mauldin. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
