Richard Morton Lollar Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 16, 2025, at the age of 87, Richard Morton Lollar of Shafter, California passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Richard Morton has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Lollar and Isabell Lollar; and his wife Wanda June Waldroop. He is survived by: his sons, Michael (Kathleen), Randall, Scott (Gayle) and David (Sheila). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 4:00 PM at the First Congregational Church (5 Real Rd, Bakersfield, CA 93309).
