He was predeceased by: his parents, George Gregory Blake and Catherine Koloduazhnava; his in-laws, Floyd and Lois Munson; and his sister Valentina Rager.
He is survived by: his wife Mary; and his children, Jeffrey Wilson (Theresa), Lane Carroll (Kimberly) and Kevin Blake (Sarah). He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Groveland LDS Chapel (155 N 380 W, Blackfoot, ID 83221).
