He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Rowland and Joseph Rowland; and his son Joseph Rowland. He is survived by: his children, Cindy Wilson (Craig) of Ventura, Victor Perez of Ventura and Jesse Rowland of Ocala; his grandchildren, Kiara Egan of Crescent City, Joseph Rowland of Ventura, Joshua Rowland of Ventura and Stormy Perez (Esther); his sister Marlene Cawelti of Bakersfield; and his great grandchildren, Joseph and Christopher Rowland.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM at the Joseph P. Reardon Funeral Home & Cremation Service (757 E Main St, Ventura, CA 93001). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location. The military honors will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ivy Lawn Cemetery (5400 Valentine Rd, Ventura, CA 93003).
