He is survived by: his children, Cindy Wilson (Craig) of Ventura, Victor Perez of Ventura and Jesse Rowland of Ocala; his grandchildren, Kiara Egan of Crescent City, Joseph Rowland of Ventura, Joshua Rowland of Ventura and Stormy Perez (Esther); his sister Marlene Cawelti of Bakersfield; and his great grandchildren, Joseph and Christopher Rowland.
