She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Leanore Stoddard and Melvin Stoddard; her brother Edward Stoddard; her husband James Bell; her daughters, Kathryn Skinner and Cheri Bell; her sister Gloris Blackburn; and her nephew David Blackburn.
