He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Maria and Socorro Arce Noyola; and his siblings, Juanita "Janie" Noyola Dilworth, Pete, Jesse, Joe and Richard.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Noyola; his children, Karla Noyola, Sabrina Bertik (Mark), Richard Noyola, Tonya Phillips (Drew) and Heidi Noyola; his grandchildren, Tim Noyola Noyola (Brittany), Jonathan Noyola, Kenneth McNurney and Jessie Espera; his great grandchildren, Ryland and Benjamin; his siblings, Oralia Noyola (Lolly), Bob, Leo, Paul and Tom Noyola (Mayra); and his niece Emma Isleib (Bruce). He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
However, the Covid-19 pandemic helped to prompt the move back to Simi Valley where two of their children were living.
