Though John may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those John touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Imre Kecskes and Julianna Habinyak. He is survived by: his wife Ilona Kecskes; his children, John Kecskes and Ildiko Scott; and his grandsons, Marc Tullio, Brian Tullio, John Kecskes III, Dimitri Kecskes and Jacob Scott.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 6th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Simi Valley United Methodist Church (2394 Erringer Rd, Simi Valley, CA 93065).
