She was predeceased by: her parents, Roman Faszczuk and Varvara Faszczuk; her husband Bohdan B. Obuch; and her brother Victor Faszczuk Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Christine Obuch DC and Dr. Adrian Obuch MD; her grandson Christopher Obuch; and her nieces and nephews, Frieda Glushenko, George Lisenko, Olga DiLenge, Victor Faszczuk Jr. and Dr. Martha Kachmaryk MD.
