He was predeceased by: his father Rich; and his brother William. He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Jordan of Columbus, IN and Natalie Tengberg of Allen, TX; and his mother Roberta of Osprey, FL. He is also survived by 2 nephews, and a niece.
