Randolph will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Richard Handley and Flora Handley; and his siblings, Terry and Robin. He is survived by: his cousin June; his wife Kay Harmon; his son Steven (Jessica); his grandson Ben; and his sister Becky Supon.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the Salinas Valley Fair Pavilion, building.
