It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald James Bowcutt (South San Francisco, California), born in Bremerton, Washington, who passed away on February 12, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Mariner Jesse Bowcutt and Louisa Belle (Reynolds); his former life partner Frederica Judy (Irvin); and his daughter Gina. He is survived by : his children, Frederica, Tamara, Anne and DJ; his siblings-in-law, Betty and Wayne Wenger; his wife Linda; and also Rotarians.
