He is survived by: his wife Edelmira "Eldie" Gonzalez; his siblings, Ernesto Gonzalez, Catalina Ramacher and Socorro Thompson (Bill); his children, Prudencia Nelson (Merlin), Silverio Gonzalez (Laura) and Sara Hilliard; his grandchildren, Christopher (Heather), Noelle Nelson, Robert, Jeremy Hilliard, Marcelino, Mariano and Lucina Gonzalez; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Madison, Benjamin, Jacoby, Nyjah and Koston. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

In lieu of flowers, in honor of Pedro's lifelong commitment to his community donations may be made to the following organizatioins: South San Francisco Friends of Park and Recreation 901 Civic Campus Way, So. San Francisco, CA 94080.
