She is survived by: her siblings, Otis McGowan, Leola Payne, Delores Carter, Beatrice Carter-Suggs (Willie Sr.), Reverend Nathan Carter, James Carter, Arnedia Carter-Wright (Richard), Polly Carter (John), Deborah Carter, Rico Collins, Cathy Collins-Dumbia (Imbemba) and Marcellar Collins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:55 AM at the Beautiful Zion M. B. Church (420 S 15th St, West Memphis, AR 72301). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Park Cemetery (4536 Horn Lake Rd, Memphis, TN 38109).
