Namiye Okada Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Namiye Okada of Stanton, California, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 8, 2024 at the age of 101. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Namiye Okada to pay them a last tribute.
Though Namiye may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Namiye touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Manabu. She is survived by: her children, Kathy Nishimoto (late Jack), Ted (Connie), Kenny (Lynn Gay), Joyce Sakamoto (Larry) and Tommy (Loreen). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers and koden, the family kindly requests donations be made to Orange County Buddhist Church.
