He is survived by: his parents, Sam Soeung and Reth Saing; his wife Pheary Neat; his children, Calvin Kong, Chris Kong and Jayda Kheav; his siblings, Aj Chavez, Rose Agcaoili, Jim Kheav and Rosa Kheav; and his pet Milo.
